For the MATERNUS Clinic, quality management means that the patient-oriented services are provided within a systematic, organized, and structured framework. This framework is designed in order to help the MATERNUS Clinic to fulfill its goal of constantly improving itself.
The quality management framework meets the demands of the DIN EN ISO 9001 international standard. Successful development of the MATERNUS Clinic quality management system was confirmed by a certificate in 2006 for the first time.
The maintenance and further development of the system was supported by recertification in february of 2012.
